About me
I’ve always been curious about what makes people tick. Growing up, friends often came to me for advice, and that natural pull toward helping others eventually led me to graduate school in my early 30s. I earned my Master’s of Education in Counseling and Psychology and have been in private practice since 2007. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many people as they face life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and create new paths forward. This work continues to feel deeply meaningful to me, and I’m grateful to be able to support others in this way.
A holistic approach to healing
My style is holistic and heart-centered, which means I see you as a whole person—not just your struggles. In our work together, I focus on mind, body, and emotions, while creating a compassionate space where you feel supported and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity, helping you find balance, healing, and a deeper connection with yourself.
